Lovely experience from the person at the front desk to the very thorough doctor to the very helpful Optician Tosh.
I’ve visited this Pearle Vision a couple of times for eye exams, and my experience with Dr. Sarah Watson has been great. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and takes her time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She really pays attention to your eye health and gets to know you as a person, not just a patient. If you’re scheduling an eye exam, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Watson!
I purchased progressive glasses and sunglasses but I was extremely frustrated as I wasn’t able to see my work computer clearly. I went back to Pearle Vision and Anna was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave my glasses a tilt and rounded them a bit to fit the curve of my face. I was totally pleased and now able to see my work computer!!
I didn’t have an eye exam, but I did select glasses. Tosh was so much help and just super friendly and a great person to work with! 5 Stars for sure. She made the selection process, purchasing, and check out flawless. I would highly recommend!
Had a terrific experience with the Pearle Vision team in Maplewood, MN. Dr. Derek was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every aspect of the eye exam and what he observed. And Mai and Steph were so kind and personable in walking me through the various tests and fitting of glasses. They also helped me in getting every discount possible, which was very appreciated. Highly recommend!
