Doctor Wu was great! Most of the people at the front desk were really friendly and got me in same day. I did have an odd interaction with one of the ladies there where I came in and said they told me to come back in at 11, and she kind of looked at me as if I was dumb and made the remark “so you’re seeing the doctor or…”. Maybe it just came off that way, I don’t know. Rubbed me the wrong way, but everyone else was super friendly and got me in super fast. Definitely would come back :)

I saw Dr. Derek Wu and was VERY impressed. He is very knowledgeable and explained lots of things to me about my vision. He explained things in a way I could understand. I will come to see him again next year. I also liked the technician Trent who help with my initial measurements. And I was happy with Sheryl, who helped me order my glasses. While I was with the Dr, she researched my insurance and let me know how much my glasses would cost. I highly recommend this place to get your vision checked and buy glasses.
Visit any other optics establishment first before you go here, literally any other one and you will be better off.
