Wonderful staff and service. Dr. Wu was thorough with his examination and left me with no concerns. Anna the optician was extraordinarily helpful with finding a pair of glasses to fit my style, and made quick work of breaking down and explaining my insurance benefits. I hope to visit them in the future!
I am happy with my experience. It was done professionally and thoroughly. It is worth the 250 mile round trip from Green Bay.
I had the best-ever experience with the Pearle Vision Staff at the Maplewood Mall location !!! Dr. Watson gave me a very thorough eye exam, and even laughed at my bad jokes !!! Trevor the Sales Rep. gave me the best customer service I have ever had at a Vision Center !!! Trevor bent-over backwards to make sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted It !!! They KICK-ASS !!!

Terrible service. Would rather gas light people into thinking they ordered something else than admit they put lenses in incorrect frames. Also twice the cost of America's Best.
