I was very impressed with the technology upgrade on my visit this week after my last visit in 2021. All the staff who helped me were very kind and helpful. Dr Derek is a great addition to the team. He was excellent, professional and quickly won my trust. He took time to explain things to me and I learned a lot more about my eyes. I've enjoyed working with Anna and now Brooke and Trevor! A team of professionals that have shown they care about me as a customer by providing excellent service; I have no other eye store that I patronize, they have earned 100% of my business.
August 24 I received rude and racist service from an employee at the Pearle vision Maplewood location. Tosh is an extremely aggressive and rude employee. I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced Pearle vision quoted me a price and the next day I came in the price went up by $200. This quote was given to me by the manager. The manager was not on site so unfortunately, I had to work with Tosh. Tosh needs to have a thorough training in customer support specifically towards Black people which she clearly has... read more
I have been coming to this location for a few years now and am always treated with respect and kindness. The staff is very helpful and friendly and Dr. Haverkamp is the best! He really explains things well and I truly feel like he genuinely listens and cares for his patients. I just recently brought my 6-year-old in for an exam who is extremely shy, and everyone was so patient and gentle with her. My whole family loves it here!
The staff is help explained everything carefully, and take time to assist me.
