I would like to start off by saying that the manager Susan is Amazing. She works very hard at making sure that the property is kept clean and looks really good daily. I have never saw trash on the grounds around the complex. Upon going in to fill out my application I was greeted with a warm welcome. I HIGHLY DON’T recommend this property to anyone or their other properties in Waxahachie (Lexington arms) Ennis ( Breckenridge village) I moved here Aug 2023 and it has been nothing but misery they so lazy all they do is sit behind the desk all day and hire people who don’t even operate a professional business these apartments are infested with roaches still and unfortunately I was one of the people who didn’t google them to look at the reviews before making my choice but we all live and learn.. it’s so bad that my children ... read more
