First time getting threading. The woman was very sweet, but my eyebrows do not match at all and one of them came out very poor. I head great things about this place so very disappointing.

This was my second time coming to this place because the first time was a good experience. This time was definitely was not. I came in for just a simple clean up and wanted to keep the same shape. She repeated to me what I wanted. It was extremely uncomfortable sitting in the chair and had a soar neck when I got up which Ive never experienced getting my eyebrows done before. Not pleased with the service. I clearly stated that I wanted just a clean up and to follow my natural shape. The lady did not listen, and over plucked my eyebrows, left them super thin.

First time coming here and highly recommend. I went with Sonia she did amazing at keeping my brows thick but still cleaning them up !
