I was a client a long time ago and meant to write a review then but life got busy quickly for me. I LOVED my therapist Samantha, she really cared about what I did for myself and guiding me through my struggles. However, the billing team is a MESS!!! It made my experience with the company terrible because they wouldn’t email me invoices after each session (as they stated they would), and would just send a big fat bill at a random point when I didn’t have the money.
