This review is strictly for the billing department that was so inconsistent I unfortunately had to stop using this practice. I was billed weekly for my sessions which began charging inconsistently. They would charge me one day and then charge a different day the next week or sometimes not at all. At one point they were charging me for 2 weeks at one time then 2 weeks the week after. We had a terrible experience with Caitlin Woodstock here. She was seeing my 8-9 year old daughter and refused to give us goals or tell us what she was speaking to my daughter about- even though she was under 12 and IL laws are that a parent should be aware and part of the treatment process and given updates on goals. Instead she spoke negatively about me to my child, tried to set up appointments with my child through my ex husband without my child consent.
