I had high hopes for this place but after waiting around for 3 months I give up. I should have known better since the first (and only) appt we attended. They text me offering certain times, I agreed to one of those times and apparently someone decided to book us for a different time. We drove over 45 minutes to get there so luckily they caught their mistake and saw us at the time we were there. This place has great speech therapists but the management is bad. Our son was doing great with his therapist when suddenly we were told that our insurance wasn’t working, when in fact it was still active. We tried working this out with Grace’s staff, but our child got abruptly cut off from his services. I recommend you keep this is mind as you decide to become involved with them.
Vanessa is a pleasure to work with and the entire office staff is very friendly and approachable! Highly recommend working with Grace SLP!
We had such high hopes when starting speech at this location. We had an issue with the first SLPA due to her limited ideas/activities, her preferred method of teaching was a computer. I don't know how many 3yos can sit in front of a computer & learn speech, but it didn't work for us. After speaking with the Director, we were switched to an SLP. I absolutely love Grace Therapies. My kids have been to other places for evaluations and some sessions and no one is as good as Grace Therapies. Everyone is really nice, they always explain what they're doing and why. I work full time and the times where I had to change weekly sessions to a different day or time, they were kind, understanding and did not give me a hard time.
