I don’t usually write reviews, but thought this could be helpful for others to be cautious of. The person who was in charge of my friend’s dress had lost it and never hemmed it when it was supposed to be done on the 13th. On the 14th, my friend and I went to go pick up her dress that was being slightly hemmed. I came with to ensure it looked okay, and it was uneven at the bottom. The lady that runs this shop is disrespectful and unprofessional. I gave her 2 weeks to hem my dress and when I came back (when she told me to) she couldn’t find my dress and had me help her look for it. She didn’t even start the dress and told me to wait 30 minutes to hem it. I told her I would come back the next day to pick it up. I tried the dress on and it was uneven. Grace Tailoring completely saved me right before my wedding!! I picked up my gown (on a Tuesday) from another alterations place and discovered they did not press it. My wedding was that Saturday. I ran to Grace Tailoring that Tuesday and asked if there was any way they could press it for me before my wedding. They were able to make a call and get it pressed!!
