We recently moved out of Grace Street Tower and we can't thank them enough for their outstanding service! The maintenance team, Albert and Rajif, were incredibly prompt, helpful, and professional. They ensured our living space was always safe and secure. Chembe and Shannan went above and beyond with their kindness and patience. BEDBUGS everywhere!!! Had to move out before my lease ended and destroy all of my belongings. Clothes, furniture, shoes, books, art, EVERYTHING; 90k in total items destroyed. Priceless items: photo albums, fine jewelry, computers, all electronics- riddled w bedbugs. Even after years of professional treatments that I had to pay for out of my own pocket, nothing eradicated them. The infestation was out of control throughout the building.
