Dr. Song is a very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient doctor. She's without a doubt the best PCP I've ever had! My only complaint is that I had to reschedule my most recent physical, and she's booked WAY out.... But she's easy to reach via phone or the health portal if need be, and if you're sick or urgently needing to be seen, she really tries to squeeze you in somewhere with herself or one of her colleagues. I'd recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Song and her staff treat patients as human beings not as a number. She listens to you, answers your questions and addresses your concerns without making you feel like your bothering her or wasting her time.
Dr. Song is very nice and great for wellness care. BUT this office is very poorly run. You will wait weeks, sometimes months for an appointment. Even if you are sick, it may take weeks to get an appointment. It's faster to go to urgent care. They do not return phone calls. They do not follow up even when instructed by the hospital to do so. I have had to make multiple calls for the same issues, wait days for response, and wait several more days in hopes of a response. This office is NOT about patient care.
I really thought I liked This doctor. Her staff and herself were very nice and knowledgeable. However within the year or two, she’s been extremely hard to schedule with, no availability. On top of that, I have been seen for an eye infection from a pool in the past. She has treated me for it. This past week , I went to Florida was in the pool and felt like my eye was starting to bother me again. Haven't seen Dr. Song in years. I miss the patience and care she provided me when she was my primary. Considering paying out of pocket to get better quality care.
