I called them to look at a small leak. Instead of selling me in an expensive repair, Jason walked me through how water might be getting in, applied a little bit of caulk to exposed nails, and explained a low cost diy option to fix an issue with one of my spouts (or to come back and do the work for a reasonable price). We hired Grace Roofing and Construction to replace our roof on our residence and shop. Jay and Samantha are very honest and upfront with the entire process and take pride in providing the highest level of service. They have an A Team of employees that showed up early every day and worked on a Saturday due to rainy weather. From the moment it started it was the best experience with a contractor since living here. They took the time to educate me on the products, the difference with the warranties and even showed me the products. It was a 2 day process of roofing my old house, but they were amazing. The owner was here, actually on the roof inspecting and helping his team. My roof is beautiful and was done in a very timely manner and they were super clean each day. I would highly recommend them over and over and over.
