Such a great office, who truly cares about women’s and their comfort/safety. Thankful to have found this hidden gem! It’s nice as a woman to have a provider who LISTENS and cares. Highly recommend!
Facts: I made a new pt appt and missed it. They did not call or text me to remind me of my appt. They left a message about rescheduling and that was it. No mention of any balance owed or due. 6 months later I get a notice I was sent to collections for a $50.00 no show fee. They claim they sent me three bills of which I have yet to ever see. No one ever called me to ask or collect. No emails to inform me I owed anything. The only emails I ever received was when I first made my appt. A great experience all around. I was greatly impressed from the moment I pulled in the parking lot. The facility was well maintained and just walking in the lobby was lovely. There was a very relaxed atmosphere with music and a waterfall. Sheila took her time and asked questions about all aspects of my health. She was kind, funny, and above all gentle, and she made me feel very comfortable. Her front office staff was great too. Highly recommended!
She made me feel so comfortable I could talk about my concerns. She is very professional. Her secretary was a sweetheart heart all my nerves went away. You want a great OBGYN look her up. Thank you for not making me feel uncomfortable!
