I'm disappointed,extremely overpriced.....my daughter fell in love with a dress,The dress was so expensive we couldn't afford to purchase it all at once, they wouldn't let us put a deposit to hold it, no payment plans, offered no discounts ( my older daughter purchased her prom dress here and they gave us 15%off) , we were returning customers due to our past experiences, however the sales girl seemed eager to make a sale , calling us to see if we still wanted it, we had to come back several times to put the dress on hold unt... read more

Gracey helped me find dresses both within and outside of my comfort zone and helped me to finally land on the wedding dress of my dreams!! I am so grateful to the whole team and cannot wait to see how the dress looks on my wedding day :)
Probably a fun place for brides to get their gown, but over-priced and difficult to work with for bridesmaids. I gave Grace Riane 2 stars because their customer service was great and the people that I talked to were wonderful. However, I was not at all impressed with the dress. I bought a bridesmaid dress from there for $160 because that's what I was told to do by the bride, but I found the identical dress on amazon for 1/4 the price. i found the perfect wedding dress here ! they were incredibly patient with me and so incredibly kind , plus size dress shopping is hard and uncomfortable, kamryn helped me in and out of dresses and never once left me feeling doubted about the way i looked in a dress! and she went above and beyond to help me find the dress of my dreams. everyone was so kind and i would come here 100 times over if i was getting married that many times !! 10/10
