I stayed at their rental (through AirBnB) in April 2024. The place was clean and comfy. It is located in a very happening part of New Smyrna with loads of restaurants and bars and, of course, the beach. The host was nice, friendly, and helpful.
I had a great experience using Grace Realty’s property management services when I rented my New Smyrna Beach home. The vacation rental department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the aspects required. I especially thank Lori Garreau, for the superior service she delivered during the process! I would highly recommend Grace Realty for your vacation property management needs.
