“$500 non refundable lease fee”, plus “$50 application fee”, plus”$25 PER MONTH BrOkEr FeE!”. Renter eats $850 out the gate for above frivolous fees. Have a pet? Add on to the above.
I rented from them for 12 months with MULTIPLE things wrong with my apartment. Maintence was great and speedy but they rent out older homes. They are VERY UNFAIR with how they do your deposit and they will add on multiple BS fees to keep as much of the deposit as the can. I would never recommend them to ANYBODY.
Have been helpful in resolving initial issues and proactive.
My mother rented from them and paid rent every month on time for 3 yrs. The house was old and not in the best condition when she moved in not to mention every time she needed something fixed they would not fix it or fix it half a**. When she finally moved out they said she trashed the house and left trash ( which she did not cause I helped her clean/move) when it was trashed to begin with Spot paint on the walls and old appliances and had not had upgrades in years.
