Lying to former tennants in order to steal security deposits. Failure to communicate with prior rental group in order to transition all pertinent information regarding state of property when moved in. Delay after delay to return funds to tennant. Lying about property condition in order to keep more funds from tennant. True group of greedy people with motivation to lie and steal from their customers. I previously submitted a review about my dealings with Grace Management. As a result of that negative review, I was contacted by Daniel ******* from Grace Management, he was very sympathetic to our situation and we were able to come to an agreement which was beneficial to both of us. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with, and should be valued by the president of that company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they are a terrible company that preys on the less fortunate and is completely unprofessional. I have been renting from Grace Property Management for over a year and initially, they seem to be great but they have consistently shown that they are monsters that prey on those that are not educated in the rental space and take advantage of every situation they can.
