Not in error. I was in the room with a patient when you talked down to her and made her cry. I was trying to be kind and not leave a more detailed review but you replied to my one star rating.
Extremely unprofessional to call a patient about lab results saying “your stuff is ALL jacked up” and that you need to see them tomorrow but then not tell the patient what the results were and say you don’t have access to release them UNTILL tomorrow. Can’t send insulin vials prescriptions? As a pharmacist I can say that is false information and absolutely lack of care for your patients. On top of that to complain to another coworker for entering data incorrectly on another patients chart, in FRONT of a different patient?! 1... read more
Great staff, usually get same day appointments when needed. I never feel rushed. Small practice, never a long wait.
I've been a patient at Grace Primary Care for over seven years, and my experiences have led me to share my concerns about the quality of care and service provided by this office. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this practice because of several significant issues. The care has noticeably declined since Dr. J left, but I chose to stay on because Dr. George joined the team, and I had a good working relationship with her from before.
