Arrived during posted, established officr hours. Hand lettered sign advised to office closed due to illness. (All staff, I presume?). Said to call to speak to someone. Voicemail answered. Call not returned after several hours. Neighbor furnished directions to a competitor.
I started looking for a primary care specialist that reminded me of the one I had before we moved here. Someone that listens to me, doesn’t adhere to everything that medicine has become. Dr. Casady was great! She answered questions, asked questions and made me feel like she cared about me and my concerns. The staff were great as well. Beautiful office, close to home.
