I have been reading reviews, and this one stands out the most. "We've since found out he clearly has a pattern of abusive behavior towards those who arent residents, or those who stand up to his twisted and selective rules and that's not even covering the fact that he has just been fired from one building for alleged suspected financial irregularities whilst pursuing his own agenda" The part that stands out the most to me is "those who stand up to his twisted and selective rules". Never resort to this management. They are terrible to deal with in the first place. I would recommend another reputable one instead! Yes, No record because the said property was under the name of my partner. Why would people rate you almost zero star including me if we didn't had to deal with such an experience!?
Having had to suffer the abject misery caused by Grace Point Strata Management Inc and its owner Tom Semper, I'm fortunate to have since spoken to many residents and former residents of two of the properties he supposedly ran, and now know that the despicable treatment I and those I shared the property with who equally suffered his malice, suffered a pattern of behaviour he exhibited to many in more than one property of the course of his management.
