This place is so dirty that there's poop on the floor and every possible surface is sticky and gross. The care staff do not answer call lights and no one ever answers the doorbell to let families in. It looks so nice on the outside but it is disgusting on the inside

5 star reviews on Grace Point Place site from a year ago were posted by Director Lori and Shannon in sales to drive up ratings. Don’t believe it. You can tell the reviews are self serving. Lori ED actually brought her boyfriend Andreas to be Maintenance Director. Integrity much? There are openings for every position, so this company still has issues with leadership. Keep looking for your loved one or for a different employer.
