The worst.
My brother just had a lengthy stay at The Grand Rehab and Nursing Center of Great Neck. Now I understand why it's called "The Grand". The total care he received was grand. The nurses are grand. The aides are grand. The physical and occupational therapists are grand. The cleaning staff is grand. The administrators are grand. The social workers are grand. The recreational team is grand. Don't bring expensive clothes to this horrible place $200 of clothes my cousin bought me gone and it was labeled! An employee told me bring cheap clothes even if expensive underwear gone!! Changing this review from a five to a ZERO! Make sure you get a copy of your PRI from the hospital that sends you to this DUMP!!!!! I was here since July 2023 TO JAN 5th 2025 and can say in my opinion have a lawyer number handy, the phone number to NYS health department and remember your right to transfer your loved one to another facility... read more
As a young woman who was uncomfortable coming to a rehab inpatient, this place has made me very comfortable and got me walking after a bad accident I had. Rehab is phenomenal and the Nurses were amazing to me and provided me great care. I’m glad to have found this place.
I’m so happy my grandpa got into the Grand. Facilities were nice and clean and he always enjoyed his meals. The staff was excellent and his treatment plan went even better than expected. Big shoutout to Leon and Ryan for making the process smooth, and the rest of the team for being so caring and attentive! 10000/10!!
