The best part of this facility is the P/T and O/T staff. They will push you to perform at your maximum level. The concierge office is very attentive to a patient's needs. (And she's adorable! ) The food is hit or miss as this facility runs by Kosher guidelines. The staff during the daytime are busy but after dinner rush is very quick to respond. My family & and I have been reaching out to them for months for assistance with documents for a deceased family member. We have left messages for Adaly in HR and David. It’s been 4 months. I’m not sure who will assist us. This is definitely unprofessional.

There should really be an option for zero stars because this place doesn’t even deserve one. I have a loved one getting care at this facility and it’s honestly so unfortunate. The staff does not care for the patients. I’m not sure if they are selective on who they care for based on the comments but every patient should be treated well and the same. One of the worst places to ever go. They do not care about their patients. My sister in law has been treated horrible by staff as well as had her stitches ripped out by a careless nurse and she had to be sent back to the hospital. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your loved ones. This place doesn’t care about giving quality service to its patients and constantly mistreats them. I wish I could give them a zero star review.
