No one knows how to look up a patient, & leaves you on hold waiting & waiting.
Highly recommend The Grand Rehab. My father is currently staying here, and we appreciate how thorough the team is with his care planning and administrative coordination. The case managers and nursing staff work hard to keep our family updated and involved. It is comforting to know he is in an environment where the staff truly stays on top of his requirements.
I’ve had a really great experience with The Grand at Great Neck. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful, and the rehab team is amazing. They’re patient, encouraging, and really seem to care about the residents. The recreation department is also great and always finds ways to get residents and families involved.
