They are horrible and so rude! Honestly don't choose this company. Pick somewhere else!
At this point. This company should not receive a single star rating. Employees truly know how to lie and make up documentation. NM Centennial Care needs to take action fast. Falsified information and statements made directly from the Executive Director to discredit any good employees whom have worked there. Very racial and discredit as Personal Care Provider.
The office in Rio Rancho is a hideous joke. They do NOT take their work seriously and have NO respect for their employees or their clients. The State needs to do a very thorough investigation and audit of this company and ALL records. Beverly will lie to you. You can expect to NOT get paid or trained properly. I was so happy that we found someone to come to our home and help take care of my grandmother, until we caught the caregiver stealing money. When I went to this agency, they acted like I was at fault for what happen. This place says it's ok to steal from people who are on a fixed income and makes doesn't care about their clients. I WOULD NOT recommend this place and I will keep telling people about my experience.
