This location is apparently closed and after being a regular with my kids for over 10 years, no one bothered to have communication with me on it closing or our doctor not being there anymore. Called today for the lady who answered the phone to be super snippy with the worst communication and professionalism. You don't just switch a long time client without communication. We’ve been seeing Mrs. Bridgett since 2021. She has been the biggest advocate for both of my children whom are on the spectrum and one medically complex. She has been quick to respond with questions, send referrals, finding therapist, accommodate virtual appointments if needed, and so personable with my son listening to his interest etc. We couldn’t thank her enough!
I've (a fifteen-year-old patient) always had a fear of the doctor/hospitals because of a traumatic experience when I was about one years old. It can definitely be stressful for people with that fear who pick up on the energy going around (screaming kids, frazzled parents, ect.) but Dr. Alicia and her nurse, Kristen, always do an excellent job at keeping me calm & comfortable, and I really appreciate that when I come in for my yearly visit. Loved the care we got at my children’s yearly check up. The doctor didn’t rush us, he talked to the kids about their interests and future goals. We used to use the Smyrna location when we lived out there and they have always been good to us as. I think Grace Peds is doing it right!
I have been coming to Grace Pediatrics for 4 years. I previously wrote a wonderful review about Alicia. I give Alicia a 10 out of 10 stars, she is wonderful and great with my kids. Today was the first day I did not have a good experience. I have 3 kids under 3 years old- came in for a sick visit alone with all of my kids and I did not bring my wallet which is not out of the ordinary.
