I have been coming to Grace Pediatrics for 4 years. I previously wrote a wonderful review about Alicia. I give Alicia a 10 out of 10 stars, she is wonderful and great with my kids. Today was the first day I did not have a good experience. I have 3 kids under 3 years old- came in for a sick visit alone with all of my kids and I did not bring my wallet which is not out of the ordinary. My 3 kids have been patients of Dr. Ketchum for almost 10 years. We followed her to this location from Thompson station. Dr Ketchum and her nurse, Nezarene are the ONLY reason we have stayed. They are amazing but the office staff is rude. They ignore patients walking in and chit chat unprofessionally. They have even joked and purposely ignored phone calls in front of us. This staff needs major improvements. If you can get past that, Dr. Ketchum is a god-send!!!
I’ve tried to go about using this office. Sadly the office staff does not get back to new patients or do what they say will. Edit: I love that you guys get back to reviews in minutes. Maybe work on getting back to new patients in a timely manner instead of them having to continue to call/email with no answers or assistance. 🙄
