The AC constantly goes out and it takes days to repair. Other repairs take weeks (even minor ones) and they NEVER answer the phone. On the rare occasion they do, it's 100% bad attitude like you're bothering them for having a leaky ceiling. and they've gone up on tent every new lease. Also the pool is always filthy with algae and they don't put chlorine in it.
