My husband was referred to Grace Neurology Clinic,by Dr.David Jayakar,with Regional Clinics, Longview,TX. He was diagnosed with Vertebral Artery Stentosis Insufficiency. I had a horrible experience here. She was visibly upset that I was asking questions! She refused to talk to me about results that were “not abnormal enough”. She said I would have to book multiple visits if I wanted to ask questions about my tests! So rude. As a sick person searching for answers it’s to much of a fight to have to deal with a doctor that obviously doesn’t care about her patients. Terrible bedside manner
I was referred to them and took a while to get an appt set that was 4+ months away. When appt came I had an emergency and called to reschedule. I was informed they charge $50 for not canceling within 48 hrs, but they would wave that since I wasn't aware. I was then told after 2 reschedules, the doctor will release you as a patient. The lady I spoke to said she would need to get with the doctor to see if I could even reschedule. Dr. Caesar is a fantastic neurologist. I was given a possible diagnosis and needed Dr. Caesar to find out if this was true. She ran me through a battery of testing to be sure. She is extremely thorough, reassuring and informative throughout. I felt like a person vs just another patient throughout the weeks of coming back for more tests. Her staff is quirky so I can see why other reviews say rude, but they are not. They are helpful and just as thorough as the Doctor. They are friendly and professional.
