Dr. Cesar is a wonderful doctor. She explained everything so we could understand. There was not a lot she could do, but gave us a great referral! Great bedside manner! Highly recommended!
Dr. C. Didn't really listen to my concerns from the very first visit. Never really looked up from her tablet. Was always rude. Decided not to schedule my next appointment when leaving said I wouldn't be coming back because she was rude and she rushed me and not concerned with my concerns. Then a few days later I received a letter stating she wouldn't treat me anymore. And that was fine because I had already fired her. Need neurologist in the Marshall and Longview area that care.
My husband was referred to Grace Neurology Clinic,by Dr.David Jayakar,with Regional Clinics, Longview,TX. He was diagnosed with Vertebral Artery Stentosis Insufficiency. From the very first visit we felt nothing but love,patience and attentive care like no other. From the receptionist to the Dr. you can know your in good hands. Dr. Caesar was very thorough in explaining my MRI results. I am moving forward for some more tests to see how good my brain is functioning.
Mrs. Ceasar is a great doctor....she really shows you that she cares.
