I had the best experience with Dr Caesar and the clinic staff, from the front desk to the MA, lab tech. Every step … prior to my new patient appt , was informative and timely. Not one person was grumpy, everyone had a smile, noticed me, and seemed very happy which made my visit pleasant. Dr Caesar explained all the different scenarios that could be my issue, also gave me options and formulated a diagnostic plan to get to the bottom of it. I've been waiting over eight months for them to decide if they are going to see me. The paperwork is still sitting at the front with the receptionist. The doctor has never even gotten it to see if she will approve me or not.Poor customer service. Every time I call all they tell me, is they gonna set it over for the doctor's approval.

I don't know who the person is at the front desk but what I can tell you is that she is rude beyond belief. I have called several times because I was referred by another doctor. The first referred they said that they never received. Then I asked my doctor to send another referral. She sent another in December 2025. I called in January 2026 and the lady told me that they were working on December referrals and they would be giving me a call. Well that never happened. Dr. Cesar is a wonderful doctor. She explained everything so we could understand. There was not a lot she could do, but gave us a great referral! Great bedside manner! Highly recommended!
