Dr. Cesar is a wonderful doctor. She explained everything so we could understand. There was not a lot she could do, but gave us a great referral! Great bedside manner! Highly recommended!
Dr. C. Didn't really listen to my concerns from the very first visit. Never really looked up from her tablet. Was always rude. Decided not to schedule my next appointment when leaving said I wouldn't be coming back because she was rude and she rushed me and not concerned with my concerns. Then a few days later I received a letter stating she wouldn't treat me anymore. And that was fine because I had already fired her. Need neurologist in the Marshall and Longview area that care.
My husband was referred to Grace Neurology Clinic,by Dr.David Jayakar,with Regional Clinics, Longview,TX. He was diagnosed with Vertebral Artery Stentosis Insufficiency. I had a horrible experience here. She was visibly upset that I was asking questions! She refused to talk to me about results that were “not abnormal enough”. She said I would have to book multiple visits if I wanted to ask questions about my tests! So rude. As a sick person searching for answers it’s to much of a fight to have to deal with a doctor that obviously doesn’t care about her patients. Terrible bedside manner
I was referred to them and took a while to get an appt set that was 4+ months away. When appt came I had an emergency and called to reschedule. I was informed they charge $50 for not canceling within 48 hrs, but they would wave that since I wasn't aware. I was then told after 2 reschedules, the doctor will release you as a patient. The lady I spoke to said she would need to get with the doctor to see if I could even reschedule.
