Really sad how much I used to love this place and now the quality has gotten worse. Had my nails done a week ago (Acrylic Dip & Pedicure) and everything has already chipped or has come off. Really disappointing since I adored this place and was a loyal customer since their opening for 10 years. And when I say loyal I mean every two-three weeks, $20 tip loyal. Starting to feel rushed and robbed, and hope to find a place where my nails actually last longer.

Called to book a pedi, they had avails the next day. The woman who did the pedi never once looked me in the eye, which was just weird. She was not skilled at removing a gel coat, so a person named Grace (whom I assume is the owner) had to take that part over. There was another woman at the other end of the room who seemed to be a translator for my aesthetician, who was rude and had a sour look on her face the whole time. I had a really solid experience at this nail salon when I went for a gel manicure. Without an appointment and on a busy Friday afternoon in the summer, I was seated within 5 mins of walking in. The manicurist was extremely meticulous and did a great job cutting and shaping my nails. Included in the manicure was a 5 min shoulder massage and a paraffin dip. Really enjoyable spot, and I’ll definitely return.
