I am so disappointed in my service today. I had a 10am appointment. Got there before 10 ready to start because I had another appointment at 2pm in Woodbridge. I'm standing there waiting and another lady went and got her hair washed, blowout and straightened while I'm still waiting. I said I had an appointment at 10 it's now 11:15 and my daughter now gets called. Okay great, 11:45 I get called I asked would my service be done by 1:30, they respond yes. Okay great.
