He is a fraud , he over charged me and then refuses to send the title after I paid him in full and when I call to find out when he is mailing it he keeps postponing next week. He also claims that other people have lied about him. Now I have a car which is fully paid with no title. I wonder whom he is doing business with . Well finally got the title but if people have to believe him he has to be a more responsible businessman .
