I had a really good experience with Grace MindCare. I felt listened to and supported, and the provider was patient and understanding throughout the process. Everything felt professional and comfortable, which made a big difference for me. I’m grateful for the care I received and would recommend Grace MindCare to others.

I have seen Kevin and the team at Grace MindCare for the last 12 months and I can tell that they genuinely care of the patients and pour all their effort to support our needs. I can tell that they really care about my wellbeing and I am truly thankful for the front team for advocating for my needs whenever I call them. This is the place where I see myself for the next 10 years or more as I know they have the best interest for me.

Ive been working with Annika since June 3rd 2025 for an evaluation for autism. Working with Annika is like pulling teeth to make sure there were follow up appointments or they wouldn't even show up to some of the appointments altogether and then cancel last minute. Not only that, I completed the evaluation which was a lengthy process which required my family and husband fill out some forms to describe what I was like growing up and what I am like today. I’ve had a great experience at Grace Mindcare so far! They are quick to answer my questions and make me feel cared for. Sometimes it’s hard to reach out to different places but I’m happy with everything here.

Huge waste of time and money. The first therapist I had here stopped doing therapy after my 2nd visit and moved to a different office with no notice, so I was waiting for meetings and had to call the front desk to find out they didn’t work there anymore. My 2nd therapist canceled 3 times in a row with no notice, leaving me in a worse mental state than before. Overall terrible communication.
