Don’t buy from them
This so called man of God literally took my kids Mother car because she didn’t have the insurance that deals with them! He didn’t give her a chance to keep her car which she had paid almost half of the car off! Wasn’t a payment behind, only because she didn’t get the high priced insurance that they are in dealings with. Please get out of Newnan. And plus the check engine light was on when he tricked her to buy it. I am so upset as a citizen!
Has worst customer service I ever seen won’t ever get my business.
Beware. We bought a car from them with ~109,000 miles on it in 2022. It was recently damaged in an accident and when insurance ran a vehicle history report, it showed that the odometer displayed ~250,000 miles when it was sold to this establishment at auction. None of this was ever on the title that we signed. These people are shady, dishonest crooks. I feel terrible if I hurt someone’s feelings; I don’t know how people like this sleep at night. I was in the market of purchasing a second car and came across Grace and Mercy. The buying process was easy, hassle free and straight forward . I did experience a few issues with the vehicle I purchased after the first few days of having it. I called them immediately and spoke to Mrs.Pam about the problems I was having.
