Beware. We bought a car from them with ~109,000 miles on it in 2022. It was recently damaged in an accident and when insurance ran a vehicle history report, it showed that the odometer displayed ~250,000 miles when it was sold to this establishment at auction. None of this was ever on the title that we signed. These people are shady, dishonest crooks. I feel terrible if I hurt someone’s feelings; I don’t know how people like this sleep at night. I was in the market of purchasing a second car and came across Grace and Mercy. The buying process was easy, hassle free and straight forward . I did experience a few issues with the vehicle I purchased after the first few days of having it. I called them immediately and spoke to Mrs.Pam about the problems I was having. I was so excited for this car. I trusted this dealership just because I knew who owned it before they bought it. I put $2500 down and the process was so quick and easy! I never missed a payment of the 4 months I had the car and by the way you can only call to pay or drop off payment physically. I’m in the military and was on active orders when Ms.Pam calls me blowing up my phone demanding the keys or she’ll “blow my brains out” because I was 8 days late over the holidays (December and begging January) .
