Do not recommend this place unless they get a new front office receptionist or manager… whoever HE is. Very rude and has a smart mouth. I was a new patient and had just left the doctor and wanted to call to make sure they had the right pharmacy down (because I did not know there was 2 with the same name in town and I’m new to the area) and his response was “you just left the building she hasn’t had time to send your medications” and that’s not even what I called for. Grace Medical of Aiken . The best team I have ever had! They make me feel appreciated and they listen! Anna Allman is right on with my care. I have severe lungs and I call her more than my pulmonologist. She knows exactly what I am in need of. Thank you to all of Grace Medical of Aiken
Not enough workers up there and front desk is very rude about getting paperwork that has been asked of you. Then when asked a question about medication you are told get an appointment never have I been told you have to have an appointment just to make sure the medication is safe with another one and if she is now wanting me to take it twice a day etc. Then when messaging the lady doctor to get my question answered as he advised me to do so in the portal the man replies 4 days later with get an appointment for questions to be... read more
