OMG!! I dont know where to start. This ENTIRE practice needs to be closed down. THE ENTIRE staff is incompetent. I tried for 3 months to get my son a referral for PHYSICAL therapy. 1st time they referred him to someone whom doesnt accept anyone over 21 yo. Then the second time they referred him to someone who doesnt accept his insurance. I HAD appoointments set for both of these only to be called the evening before these appointments. THEN I had to make a BRAND NEW appointment with the doctor to get this done. NOW this time ... read more
New staff is awful. Can hear nurses talking about how patients have "attitudes" with them while they in the halls. I have been going there 3 years always have a 5 min apt to get meds refilled. Today I was there 2 hours. Had to give a urine sample for the first time ever was told 2 different reasons from nurse and doc as to what the test was for. No one seems to know what's going on its very disorganized and honestly I will be finding new primary care. This place has earned its 2.6 star rating.
Every time I come here I am seen by someone different for treatment. I had an ongoing infection and requested antibiotics for pain management and was denied because they aren't intelligent enough to run simple tests. There is only 1 doctor here and I've only seen him once and he's very hands on and kind. I've wasted enough time with his PAs or as I call them play doctors! His staff is only good for refilling prescriptions. Don't expect anything more!
I have been a patient here for 10 years and this office has went straight down hill since Erika left. I have been trying for 2 days to make an appointment and they never answered the phone. I was position 1 in the q for over 30 minutes this morning and finally gave up. I will be looking for another doctor. Also I haven't seen Dr. Tokumba in several years.
