I lived here for over a year and cannot recommend it enough! The location, price point, and historical nature of the building make it a great living experience. Absolute joke. You can hear conversations through the walls as if it’s happening in the room with you. Footsteps from upstairs sound like a bombing raid. There is no insulation to sound anywhere in this place. The people who live here are nice and the landlords are reactive to some issues, and the apartments are really cute.. but there is no peace, no quiet.

I lived here for nearly two years and loved most of it. Pros: Super nice neighbors Pretty quiet - I wouldn't say this is geared towards families, mostly individuals and some couples Helpful maintenance guy Gorgeous building Really reasonable rent, especially so close to downtown Cats are welcome - I only paid a pet deposit, was not charged anything extra per month Cons: Management switched halfway through my lease from a really nice gentleman that lived onsite to Blue Frog Property Management.
