What a lovely space and staff. Came here with my friend who’s been looking for a wedding dress for her special day. We were super late, but since it’s a weekday, the staff were able to extend our appointment. Actually, we were the only ones in the store that day and it made it even much more special. We were able to look at dresses in a very relaxed manner. My friend ended up getting the first dress she tried on. I forgot who helped us that day but thank you so much!
Grace Loves Lace has a beautiful boutique, however in terms of the experience, I didn't love it. For a 1 hour appointment, I felt like for 25-30 minutes of the appointment, maybe more, the employee I was working with was gone. Prior to going to the appointment I had listed in my form 10-15 dresses to try on. She pulled maybe 2? I knew we wouldn't get through them all but I figured I'd be able to try on a bit more than 2. i truly had THE most amazing experience here with Jill <3 she was truly an angel, and she helped me find my absolute dream dress. she was so accommodating & kind and it was a blessing to have her as a part of finding my dream dress. all of grace loves lace dresses are truly so stunning and i cannot wait to wear the dress on my wedding day. thank you jill <333
Absolutely beautiful studio with stunning dresses! I worked with Samantha today and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She was so kind, so patient and was incredible with my daughter. I found my dream dress and I am so grateful for this experience!
This was the perfect experience. My sales assistant Asana at the Toronto showroom was so kind, sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to understand what I was looking for and was an excellent listener. The whole experience was perfect from the complimentary bubbles to the gorgeous shoe room with beautiful mirrors!! All the dresses were so beautiful, and SO comfortable.
