This was the perfect experience. My sales assistant Asana at the Toronto showroom was so kind, sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to understand what I was looking for and was an excellent listener. The whole experience was perfect from the complimentary bubbles to the gorgeous shoe room with beautiful mirrors!! All the dresses were so beautiful, and SO comfortable. I had the most amazing experience at Grace Loves Lace! Asana made me and my family feel so welcome and created such a special, unforgettable experience. When I put on the Baya gown, I instantly felt like a bride, it made me feel so beautiful and confident. Thank you, Asana, for making such an important moment in my wedding journey so memorable. I didn’t have a great time at Grace Loves Lace. This was my second stop of the day and at this point I was comparing to the first shop, but the first shop took the time to get to know me, ask what I was looking for and even pulled dresses based on the ones I had tried on. At this shop, the sales associate barely spoke to me, did not ask what my style was like and did not try to get to know the people I brought with me. Samantha was absolutely amazing and extremely patient! She make my experience with family, peaceful, taking the time to listen to what I liked and pulling great options!
Went for my bridal appointment and met with Jillian, she was amazing and helped me find my dream dress! The store was so beautiful, and it was such a welcoming positive experience! So excited to wear my dress next year!
