lived here for 3 years while they offered parking, now they are trying to sell the units while charging you extra for a parking spot. Greedy.... The street noise is loud though they will tell you that it cant be heard. Maybe if the windows werent so cheap! Fire place, its gas and gas is free here, but there is no exhaust for the co2 and the odor quickly fills the unit upon turing it on. Make sure you check this before buying. Very expensive--my rent was \$1600/month and parking was an additional \$125/month.. Impossible to get to sleep before 3 am on the weekends. The leasing manager refused to fulfill the move-in concession even though there was a legal document signed. Gave some residents specials that were not offered to others, such as additional parking spots, tanning, etc. No parking offered to overnight guests; my friend stayed the night and got his car broken into since he had to park on the street.
