Horrible place I'd rate 0 stars if I could
We moved my Mother in law to grace from another skilled nursing. She loved it at grace. She was back on her feet in no time. The PT/OT & speech therapy was great. The nurses are wonderful, but our favorite is Dawn!! Dawn goes above & beyond for her patients. We are very pleased with the quality of care we received. Highly recommended!!
Beware!! My mother was there for 4 years. At first it was ok, but the level of care drastically declined. I think she only saw a real doctor a few times. It was mostly a nurse practitioner, whom I had never met in person, even though at least one family member was there to check on her every day or every other day. They tried to put her on hospice, and when we declined, they decided to use some sort of stomach IV and pump her full of fluids. If we hadn't caught them, she would have died that night from fluid overload. That i... read more
Very helpful staff
Highly Recommend!! They will take care of your loved one as they took care of my mother. ALL of the staff from the RNs, LPNs, Nurse techs, Nutritionists, PT, OT, Speech Therapy ARE AWESOME. They are professional and courteous. DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE or be fooled by a fancy facility.
