No wonder this place has 3 stars. My mom had a recent stay here, she had to go to the hospital and is being transferred to a nursing facility in noble. I went to get her stuff and everything except her rings were there. This is my mom’s third stay at Grace Skilled Nursing over the past six years, and each time the care has been exceptional. Whether it’s the aides, dining staff, or nurses, everyone does a great job. I live close to Grace and visit every day, and I consistently see how proactive the staff are with my mom’s needs. They’re always willing to take the time to keep me informed and provide updates. I arrived at Grace for a tour of the facility and I was very impressed with the staff / patient interaction that I observed, the facility itself was clean and maintained. The amenities were available to each patient. In a time of uncertainty and fear, I was pleased with the guided tour and have a little more peace for the weeks to come Thank you
