I had an appointment with Dr. Lee, who was fine, but the experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She assumed I didn't speak English and directed all her communication to my partner, asking him if I needed an interpreter, which was both rude and disrespectful. She showed no courtesy—didn’t smile or even say thank you. To make matters worse, as soon as I left, the receptionist and staff began talking about me and laughing. It was an unprofessional.
Kept me waiting for an hour past my appointment time and then rushed through the appointment.
