Made appointment for the first time with this provider in VM Fed Way location, I was a few minutes late stuck in traffic for an hour with a newborn. Tried to explain, she refused to see me saying she already saw a new patient and only allowed 10 min for traffics and I arrived 12 min after my appointment. I’m her last appointment, no way she is seeing new patient that quick. Feel bad for my newborn who was in the car with me over an hour and now another hour back home.
