I am very pleased with the help my Allstate agent Oscar has always provided to me. He is extremely professional & patient, will go out of his way to help as much as he can. Great example of what an office manager should be! If you are looking for an Allstate agent who knows what he is doing then talk to Oscar!
The people here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Oscar in particular, the office manager was extremely helpful when I inquired about car insurance. He explained everything very thoroughly, and made sure that I was satisfied with the service & great coverages.
I have been with Allstate for more than a decade now. The only reason I stick with the company is my complete satisfaction with their services. It’s hard to come by with an agent like Grace French who represents Allstate company who gets involve personally to solve my insurance problem whenever I encounter one.. kudos to her select employees as well. They are the backbone for her success in this field.
Out of all the insurance offices I have been to, this office has the best customer service out there. The agents are friendly and professional. It is refreshing to know there are still people like this working.
