This is the update to my review from 2 days ago. I was not happy with the quality my bouquet, but I am very impressed how Grace Lake Florist addressed my complain. I just got a new, beautiful replacement which I know will last. Thank you On Saturday I got the bouquet delivered for my birthday. On Monday I took out 1st wilted flowers, Tuesday next few followed. On Thursday the whole bouquet was dead. My bouquet lasted ONE DAY only! Money wasted on nonexistent quality. Are you going to replace my bouquet??
Gail with Grace Lakes Florist was such a pleasure to work with for my brothers wedding florals. The bouquets and boutonnieres turned out gorgeous and we cannot wait for the pictures to come back with them. Thank you for working within their budget and making their wedding day extra special.
