Compassionate & professional are words I’d use to describe Grace’s demeanor. She assessed my concerns and made contact with the appropriate office leading to the prompt scheduling of a procedure to remedy symptoms of heart issues. FINALLY there’s a plan going forward.
Grace was very kind, understanding and had good ideas for treatment. She had a good grasp of my health situation. She was very informative and knowledgeable.

This was a brief (15min) clinician visit after my pacemaker was checked electronically and found to be fine. Ms Kamano gave thorough description of the pacemakers current functioning, obtaining a focused history of any heart or general symptoms. I had concerns about my blood pressure and she was thorough in her history-taking regarding my BP. She made sure she understood my concerns and symptoms.
