Grace was my realtor for the purchase of my first home in 2006. This year, I worked with Grace again to sell that home and purchase another one. I had an offer within two weeks and closed within 30 days on both the sale and purchase.
Grace does a masterful job of balancing being personable with professionalism. Her wealth of knowledge put our minds at ease, and her guidance took what initially seemed to us like a daunting endeavor (selling a home for the first time ever) and made it into a far easier process than we could've ever imagined.
We can't say enough good things about Grace! As first time homebuyers, she walked us through the process and helped make sure that we were informed every step of the way.
