I bought a nose ring, that was supposed to be real diamond, I came in there after 3 weeks to get it fixed or replaced and they refused, I even brought the whole thing in a small bag, with the receipt and they still didn't care, don't wasn't your time trying buy anything that looks real in there, you will embrace yourself, when it falls out in public. Very bad customer service
Only reason I’m giving it one star is because I need to put this review. Absolute trash of a company. The manager has no idea how to run the business. He is rude and believes his employees before believing a customer. Even though there’s cameras. The employees are liars and the entire company is a sham. Don’t bother buying from there. Avoid them at all costs. They will steal your money.
I’ve come here a few times, usually because their products catch my eye, but let this be a cautionary tale about doing business with this “jeweler” The first time I encountered issues, I had purchased a chain. Nothing fancy, just a thing 14k curb chain. The chain gave me a nasty rash and I went back to get an exchange. I was told it’s not “possible” to get rashes from gold, but they’d offer an exchange, cool. The second chain I got gave me the same rash.
