Keiko was extremely helpful in the process of getting a new place. She was very understanding of our situation as college students and allowed us to rent out her unit back in 2019. Even after I had moved out, she continued to be responsive and extremely professional. I have only had two landlords, but she is the best of the best!

This lady isn't all together. Unprofessional, unpleasant, unethical. I applied and passed a background check. Was given a contract with misinformation and a undetermined cleaning fee that she would determine later and hold my deposit. ($1500) So I went to the GM of the condo and found out the fee was $60 and not my responsibility. Her property was on the market for 60-80+ days during our process, yet she kept using tactics like "i have other people interested" the property is still on Zillow today.
