They are doing the sewer project in my town, today they hooked us up and installed the lines in my back yard. Starting with the fact that they had me dismantle my yard a week and half ago saying that they would be there in the next 2 days only to wait 10 days, watching and struggling to keep my potted plants and flowers alive in the back yard with no irrigation system because that too had to come down. Company came on my property for second time to do sewer installation on both occassions they destroyed my sprinkler system and refusing to fix it. I have videos of my sprinklers working before they came on our property
To whoever was driving the Grace Industries vehicle this morning— License plate 14611-SF, with the number 2287 printed on the side—I really hope whatever had you in such a rush was worth endangering other people on the road. You cut me off with zero warning, first thing in the morning, no signal, no regard. It was aggressive, it was rude, and it was dangerous. I’m still shaking from how close it felt. Grace Industries is doing a town project. Mike and Byron were life savers! They ensured that my house was done timely and that my house functioned properly afterwards. They were kind, communicative, and considerate. Their team appeared to work as a well-oiled machine. The project isn't fully complete yet as the driveway/walkway needs repair and to backfill the cesspool, but that's scheduled in the future and I can update this post then.
Very rude and unprofessional.
