My aunt lives here she went on vacation and some of her stuff went missing within her resident. It wasn’t a break-in somebody with a key (a worker) most likely went in there and stole from her. We will be taking this further workers at this facility, decided that they will not give her access to the cameras nor help her further. Please check on your elders and put cameras in their rooms, for their own safety.
They won’t do any repairs unless it’s required by state law. Even then you have to demonstrate you know the law and are willing to contact whom ever needed to hold them accountable.
