First let me start off by saying, I was NOT a fan of any LTACH facilities as my mother had a horrible experience last year. Unfortunately my mother had a major surgery and needed to go to a LTACh facility in August. I don't understand why this is called a long term facility. They are trying to kick my father out being here less than a month and only after a number of complaints have been made by family and friends about the care he receives. The doctor is strange and says it's the insurance that's changed however the insurance says the doctor changed how they are coding my dad. There has been no changes in his breathing he still has to be restrained. They don't clean him regularly. Unsure if they are doing PT as they should. And I can't... read more
Terrible management and employees. They do not like minorities.
A couple months ago I had a huge decision to make in terms of my mother’s care. I read the reviews & was 100% sure this was NOT the place for her. However, it was the closest place to me. When I say these reviews don’t do this place justice. I was prepared for my mother to be here for months & in less than a month she is on her way to rehab.
