My brother was being cared for here. Everyone on the team was helpful. I understand how much work it takes to care for people who can’t care for themselves. I tried my best to give a hand as much as I could. It was nice having people who genuinely care even when they’re busy and stressed. I don’t understand why people complain about these small hospitals. If you want 1 on 1 care then these days you have to do it yourself or be a millionaire. There appears to no cohesion in the team. PT tells you that your spouse needs rehab. Doctor asks why are you still here when waiting for a facility to accept said spouse. The Social worker or Case manager Paulette will complain about having to know all 10 of her patience when you press her for the level of physical rehab needed for the next step. The nurses will befriend you but fail to do a head to toe , my husband found stitches 3 weeks after discharge from his chest tube.They are willing to chemically and physically restr... read more
My wife received the best care at Grace. All the staff are knowledgeable,compassionate, and were always looking out for her best interest. Their rehab staff is great and they help her move on to come home.
