We used Grace Hospice for my Grandma, Linda. My mom and I can't recommend them enough. They were all so kind and helpful. Our main nurse was Jen and we would also get Kim and Keri pretty frequently. All 3 of them and the other staff we met were all absolutely incredible. The aides were always so sweet. They all made my Grandma feel so comfortable and would get her laughing and smiling frequently. We had such relief knowing how well she was being taken care of. Our experience with Grace Hospice has been nothing short of exceptional. The care & compassion they provide to our mom is amazing. We are especially grateful for our nurse, Jenn, who has been an incredible source of support. She goes above & beyond to ensure that medications, appointments, etc are seamlessly coordinated. I can't express how appreciative I am for Grace Hospice, They were able to get my mother on board with Hospice services in a matter of hours. I called on Friday 1/7/22 and they went out to see her that very evening!! truly Amazing! I wish my mother had agreed a lot sooner.
