I cannot say enough good things about Grace. Every one I dealt with; Sarah, Janice , Kevin and all the others who work behind the scenes went above and beyond in their professionalism, always making sure that not only my father was well taken care of, but me,too. Even after his passing they are reaching out to be of help. Knowing that my father was in their care gave me more time to focus on saying goodbye to him. I highly recommend them.
Everything about Grace hospice care of Kalamazoo was absolutely amazing from the beginning till the end. Wendy came on a Sunday to do the intake process so we could get our loved one home and comfortable. Kendra was a saint! She was beyond helpful. Grace HOSPICE was good the first two times I had to use them for my grandmother and aunt. So when my father got sick I figured Ill go with them again.. BIG MISTAKE.. 24 hours before dying when i called for the nurse to come it took her over 2 hours to come from home in Battle Creek because she had to put her make-up on, when she did get here she could not even tell me he was dying. My experience with Grace Hospice has been amazing. As the owner of Gull Arbor Senior Living, hospice is very important to me. Grace Hospice has been such a blessing to my staff, residents, and families. Everyone we have worked with has been very kind and compassionate. I cant say enough good things about Grace. I would highly recommend their company.
