Caring and compassionate team, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond in patient care, communication and education.
We had Grace Hospice called in for my mother in law. The nurse Stephanie was so nice and was really there for my wife and helped her understand all that was going to happen and what to watch for. The Chaplin Todd was very supporting even though we aren’t really a religious family. It didn’t matter he was super easy to talk to. Although it was the hardest thing to go through we couldn’t have asked for better support.
Knowledgeable caring and sensitive staff. Thank you for all you do.
I called Grace Hospice in for my mom who was suffering from Lewy body Dementia. Stephanie her nurse was amazing. She answered all my questions without sugar coating anything which is what I not only wanted but needed. Their Chaplain Todd was absolutely amazing. He was there for my family but also refused to leave mom alone. He spoke with her even though at the time she wasn’t conscious. Heather was my go to person.
