Family Unethical bad service and staff use Hope Hospice they will take better care of your loved one. Grace only cares about their bottom line.
Bad place for loved one This is not a good Hospice. The director Brian is very rude and does not allow families to get respite care very often. i guess it costs too much for him. The supervisors do not get back with you if you have a complaint. This is not what you want for your loved one at the end of theri life.
Grace Hospice is not first choice in providing end of life care.. I would not recommend this hospice agency. Best tip: shop around. Find out rates in revocations within agencies before making a decision. Find out if hospice (end of life care) is the type of care best suited for your situation or is home health (provide curative care). Ask your physician for information on criteria needed for patient to qualify for hospice/ home health care (Medicare rules & regulations) before making a decision for yourself or loved one.
